  • Make sure to always wear the PBM earplugs in the Zone

  • Make sure to always wear the safety shoes in the Zone

  • Make sure to always wear the safety goggles in the Zone

  • Make sure to always wear the safety cape when you enter a machine

  • Make sure to always wear safety clothing

  • Watch out if you have to work at a certain height

  • Make sure the emergency button of the pallet is always aimed at yourself

  • Watch out for danger of burning when opening the glue supply of the OCME Traypacker

  • Always be careful if you have to work with several chemicals

  • Always be careful with danger of heat

  • Make sure you always detach the key from the switch of the roller

  • Make sure you do not cross the red line to avoid accidents

  • Watch out for turning parts of the machine (OCME) while attaching a new foil

Warehouse

• Infeed Pallets Warehouse

  • Enter EURO pallets from the marked spot.

  • Enter INDUSTRIAL pallets from the marked spot.

  • Place the pallet on the conveyor

  • Wait for the pallet to pass contour check: 

    • Weight
    • Height
    • Label information

  • If pallet comes back with error, wait for supermarket employee to correct it and send it again.

  • If the pallet is correct, a green light will appear. Feed in the next pallet.

• Stocking Layer Card

  • Open the entry door situated next to the layer card buffer. 

  • Take layer card from pallet and load into layer card M/C buffer

  • Fill M/C buffer until the mark

  • Close interlock door. Lock by turning handle 90 degrees upward

  • Press the Reset Safety button on the operator control panel.

  • Press the green START button on the operator control panel

  • Click the PLAY button on the operator control panel touchscreen to resume auto operation.
